BYU vs Idaho - Skybox at BYU rocks!
I crash airplanes.
These puppies spent 8+ hours on the grill. Start with meat at room temp. Put on grill at 350-deg for 20 minutes, brining the meat temp up, then move to smoke. Seasoning was pepper, onion power, andgarlic power. Half way through I used Van's Basting Sauce from Hayden, ID. Killer.
The final plating. Jenny made the mashed sweet potatoes.
Headed into Glacier National Park, MT. Weather was great, air a bit smokey.
Lake McDonald was stunning. Crystal clear water.
The mountain vistas along Going to the Sun road are unbelievable.

Now on the middle fork of the Clearwater River, headed to Missoula, over Lolo Pass.

Further down the Snake River, now at Farewell Bend.
The wild flowers were vibrant. Surprising for September.
I found a really cool jetty that got me really close to the river. I was in Glenn's Ferry area.
This was the end of the jetty. Cool area, almost got lost!
