Stevie smoked ribs for Sunday dinner - rocked!

These puppies spent 8+ hours on the grill. Start with meat at room temp. Put on grill at 350-deg for 20 minutes, brining the meat temp up, then move to smoke. Seasoning was pepper, onion power, andgarlic power. Half way through I used Van's Basting Sauce from Hayden, ID. Killer.
